FAQ
Will we bag clippings?
Bagging service is not recommended unless a leaf service or clean up is being conducted. Mulching grass clippings is more beneficial for the lawn and soil than bagging. As they decompose, clippings provide nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus into the soil. These nutrients provide stronger root growth and a healthier greener lawn. When serviced correctly, grass clippings are unnoticeable. If you had a company leave grass clippings behind after a mulching, the service was done incorrectly. Mulching also minimizes landfill waste.
What is your service area?

How do I know my next service date?
-Weekly properties are serviced within every 7 days (next available day during inclement weather)
-Bi-weekly properties are serviced within every 14 days (next available day during inclement weather)
-You do not need to be present during service. Please allow access to entire property by unlocking gates and securing pets.
-Service days are not consistent due to weather and other factors. Services will be conducted during your scheduled week if weather prevents a requested day. Routes begin at 10:00 am ending at sunset Monday - Friday. Saturday is reserved for make up days due to inclement weather during the week.
Do you mow when it rains?
No. We do not mow lawns during inclement weather (rain). The results of mowing wet turf are below our standards of quality. However, during inclement weather, we will continue to service hedges and shrubs, install mulch, install pine straw, and pressure wash properties.
Do I need to be home for service or an estimate?
No. The homeowner does not need to be home for service to be conducted. Please secure pets and allow access to the entire property if gates are present.
